Our client is looking for a qualified individual to take the reins of their recruiting and talent acquisition process to ensure their ability to effectively recruit and deploy top talent to meet increasing client needs. This is an amazing opportunity for a smart and highly motivated candidate with previous recruiting experience in a technical environment to assume additional responsibility and career ownership at an earlier point than most traditional tracks can offer.

 

Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute recruiting strategy
      • Develop detailed recruiting plan and strategies
      • Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
      • Propose and implement all recruiting tools and solutions, including online databases, employee referrals, and other innovative programs
      • Drive the adoption of the recruitment team as a trusted business partner on all hiring matters
      • Serve as the sole point of contact for all applicants throughout the entire recruiting process for clients; Includes all technical levels and positions
      • Review, pre-screen, and qualify all candidates who begin the interview process; Schedule all subsequent interviews between interviewers and candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle
      • Effectively communicate unique client story, differentiating attributes, and market position to interested candidates to ensure alignment of background, experience, and career interest
      • Provide continuous feedback to company leadership to optimize all recruiting processes and related pursuits
      • Maintain accurate candidate records using company-provided tracking software
      • Source candidates: Find and recruit the best, with emphasis on prospecting passive candidate networks.
      • Proactively recruit highly competitive candidates from major consulting firms throughout the Washington DC market
      • Maintain meaningful relationships with top university career services offices through regular check-ins and management of online company profiles
      • Craft and publish necessary job descriptions for external job boards and candidate informational purposes.
      • Coordinate and maintain schedules for all interviews, providing consistent confirmation to candidates and interviewers

 

Requirements:

      • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; Preference given for candidates with 2+ years of experience at technology firm; Further preference for candidates with some exposure to college/campus recruiting in addition to general recruiting
      • Strong, demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates
      • A Bachelor’s Degree is required in addition to relevant experience; Preference given for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communication
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
      • Long-term interest in recruiting and talented acquisition as a career path
      • Previous experience and familiarity with ATS and/or CRM software systems
      • Familiarity with industry standard recruiting metrics and data reporting tools
